Each slot is something people can sign up for. Add a date and time if it happens at a set time — that turns on reminders and gap alerts.
Several jobs at each time? Separate the names with commas, e.g. "Snacks, Scorekeeper". For weekly, set days apart to 7.
Ask everyone who signs up — e.g. "T-shirt size?" or "Any allergies?". Only organizers see the answers.
